It has a great taste to it and you’re getting essential minerals that you may not get if your diet isn’t balanced you take 2 tablespoons a day and within two weeks you can definitely notice a difference in how you feel. Let me start by saying, i love this company and their products but the past 2 that ive ordered have been spoiled upon arrival from amazon. Ive tried to receive a replacement and cant because its non returnable and i have received no refund. The company itself is awesome and has helped me with outer issues but since this shipped from amazon, they cant help me. 60.00 wasted and im super disappointed. I love the liquid health vitamins but it seems like theres a issue with storage from amazon.

I am very satisfied with the results I get from using these vitamins. If I feel a cold coming on, I take an extra dose and the symptoms disappear. Almost all the time! I haven't been sick in a long time! But the bottle is different, only one cap, a regular quart-sized plastic bottle. So if you like the dosing aspect, save your old bottle. And the taste wasn't as good when the packaging changed, but after 6 months, it's great again! I actually love taking it! The formula MUST have been changed again. I am SO glad I stuck with it for the amazing health results that I enjoy. I think it may be better than any other liquid vitamins on the market. I think there are no other liquid vitamins that yield the same great health results, so I'm sticking with it forever.
