I tend to run a tad dehydrated - thank you desert! I mix one of these every morning in water using a pint size canning jar. Give it a good shake, add ice somedays, and then drink. It's a good consistency (not thick - more like a flavored water). No clumping, easy to mix. I like the effect - more energy, less sluggishness. And the flavor is decent. No "wang" that you sometimes get from powder packets.

I have been drinking Nectar for several years now and find it to be a very important daily necessity. It has all of the electrolytes I need without excessive sodium like many others. I love the various flavors and the fact that it is sweetened with organic stevia is a sure win. Nectar can replenish what we need no matter what age we are or condition we are in. I can truly say that it has helped me through 2+ years of immunotherapy and 6 months of chemotherapy. I will drink it forever.

I just purchased my fourth bag of the Nectar packets - I’ve been loving them! I add one to my water at work every day. The taste is great and I love that they hydrate with no added sugars or calories! I love that there are so many flavors to choose from too. Definitely recommend!

Great little energy boost! I love these things. I usually don't use the entire packet in my tumbler of water as it gets a bit sweet for my taste, but that's your call. The flavors are mildish and not overwhelming. I really like the fact that these packets dissolve very easily and completely in water - sometimes I don't even have to stir. These aren't like "energy" drinks, but just a nice revival of your electrolyte depletion after exercise or hard work - or after an illness that might sap your energy a bit. And, in my case, since I don't use a whole packet (only about half per 16 oz. of water), it's especially economic.

I have been buying the Wild Berry flavor on subscription for several years now and loved I just received my latest order and it tastes awful. I thought maybe it was a bad batch, but I compared the ingredients in the latest order to one from a previous order and they have changed the formulation. Very disappointing and now I’m on the hunt for new hydration packets. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
