BRACE ALIGN Back Brace-My old back Brace was overdue for retirement.It wouldn't hold me the way a big guy needs to be.I finally splurged on a new back brace and I am so happy I found BRACE ALIGN.This is a quality product. I weigh 260 pounds and this brace holds me well.You will not be disappointed in this carefully thought out and well made brace.It is very comfortable and helps with my posture very well. I've only had it for about a week so I'm not yet sure how durable it is over time, but so far it's doing very well.Compared to other braces I've had though, this one does the job. Others I've had couldn't hold the weight.

I gave away my original brace, thinking I didn't need it anymore. This is the best brace for lower back compression issues. It's not easy to work in, it's very rigid. This is not for lifting support or working all day, it's for compression relief.

Wife had back surgery and is required to wear a brace for about 3 months. Medicare declined payment saying we had received one previously (we did not) and our out-of-pocket cost for this brace would be $995.00.Did not have time to wait on appeal process. Nurse, suggest we try Amazon. Purchased this one for $90 and received it in a couple of days. Surgeon Oke'd and it is working fine.

This is a supportive back brace. It is difficult to sit in a vehicle with it on, though, and that was one of the reasons I purchased it because we take long car rides, and I had hoped it would help with my bad back.

My physical therapist and chiropractor recommended this brace to help with my back pain given the back issues I deal with regularly. I needed assistance getting it to fit my body and fit correctly, but after that it's been great. It has multiple size choices which makes it great for most people. My only issue is that, with daily wear, the strings never go back in place. This makes it more difficult to get the right fit the next time you wear it. Also, the back padding comes off easily, which can be a problem when trying to put the brace on.

There are directions but it’s very confusing and it’s not made clear anywhere that you’re going to have to cut panels off of this to size it to fit you. I did not feel comfortable doing that because I’m not sure if I can return it if it’s still it doesn’t work for me if I cut it. Plus I’m in a lot of pain and I don’t wanna sit there trying to cut a thick brace!This brace is way too big for a petite woman- I am 5’3”. I tried folding it to the size medium which should fit me but as you can see from the pictures it’s humongous and the pull things have to be pulled so far over if they go all the way around the back and it still does not feel very supportive. I wore this for about 10 minutes and it did feel like it supported the middle of my back which I’m having a lot of pain in however it was very uncomfortable when sitting down it pushed into my breasts made me feel like I can’t breathe.I went to a medical supply- they just brought one brace out for me to try and that one was also way too big in the vertical direction for me and pushed on my breasts. Just like this one. They would not allow me to try it to see if it would work and I was not gonna pay $60 for it, and then not be able to return it. $60 was the co-pay for that one! The medical supply company was charging the full amount allowed which was $600! This whole industry is one big scam.I have a compression fracture of L4 and I’m still in pain after about five weeks later. It took 2 to 3 weeks to even get a prescription written properly and try a brace. I asked my doctor for a recommendation for a brace I can just buy online and I have not heard back from them yet. So I looked up lso on Amazon and I figured at least I can return it if I don’t like it. This one was $30 more than the one at the supply store which was also an LSO. I am not sure what to do here but I’m sending this one back I can’t believe they would send something so confusing- I watched the video and it’s so fast it really does not explain each step that you’re supposed to do- nowhere in their video or their information here does it ever tell you you’re gonna have to cut this- your only find that out when you get the package and read the tiny insert that comes with it. I called the support number and no one answers- it is the weekend so I left a message however I’m sending it back- it’s useless for me and started to cause more pain after a few minutes.

I had a T9 thru S1 revision and fusion and was given a custom brace in rehab once I was able to walk. It was awful, it hurt, was very bulky, someone had to put it on me and I couldn’t even go to the bathroom in it. I turned to Amazon and found this brace. I had worn similar braces years earlier. I showed it to my Physical Therapist and he agreed it was a good alternative to the custom one. I’m so glad I ordered it, it’s comfortable, I can put it on myself and it fits under my clothes.
