Tastes great but beware the flavor doesn’t taste as good if you’re drinking it every day! I like to drink another flavor (cherry limeade) and then this one every ~2 days.

Great taste
Ghost Legend has been my go-to pre-workout for a while now. It gives me a really solid boost without making me feel jittery, and I always end up having a great workout when I take it. The energy is smooth, the focus is great, and it actually helps me push through tougher workouts. Definitely one I keep coming back to.

Worth the price
Best pre I’ve used so far. Full servings of all the essentials and more. Workouts are great. Because it’s dosed so high, you do get a little bitter after taste from all the supplements. It’s also a bit pricey. I’ll keep using it because it works and just look for deals when they pop up.

Can't beat their great flavors and the boost is real!
I've been using the GHOST Pre-Workout powder for quite some time now. I don't drink coffee so I need a pick-me-up when I go to the gym at 5AM. I've used other pre-workout powders but lots of them tend to have a chemical aftertaste. I don't get that with GHOST. I get the boost of energy that I need about 15 to 20 minutes after I drink the recommended amount. No nauseating after-effects like some of the other brands that I used in the past. My go-to flavors are the Welch's Grape, Warheads Sour Green Apple and the Swedish Fish one! All classics!

Buenísimo, es un excelente pre La verdad estoy satisfecho ya que antes solo tomaba bebidas como gatorade y tenía miedo por todo lo que se habla del producto, pero entrené en gimnasio y si sentí una diferencia normal y equilibrada ♥️
