This was the best deal I could find online and being a first time userI didn't know what to expect. I had extreme tendinitis in my knees afew years ago and no matter how much I iced or took care of themthe pain would return as soon as I began playing sports. Since takingthis product I have drastically reduced the pain to the point where Idon't notice anything while I am playing and very light soreness theday after. Great product, good price, fast shipping. What more could youask for.

Did the job I bought it for pain

My son (age 22) has had knee surgery twice - he was a football player. He takes Glucosamine Chondroitin every day to help with his knee pain. He recently ran out and I hadn't had a chance to get a refill for him. Almost every time I would see him I heard him complain about his knee. He's a very active person. He works at a home improvement warehouse so he's on his feet - on concrete - all day and plays basketball several nights a week as well as golfing a couple days a week too. He's not a small man. At 6'3" tall and nearly 300 lbs he has a lot of pressure on his knees when he's that active so it's important that I keep his knees feeling as well as possible. This supplement is just the thing he needs to keep everything moving along happy together in his knee the way it is supposed to be. If this bottle does the trick I won't be spending $30 at a retail store anymore! If it doesn't... I'll update you and let you know!When I look online to purchase goods, I rely on the reviews of others to help me make my final decision. I have bought things that didn’t live up to my expectations and wished someone would have said something about it earlier. On the other hand it is awesome to find an outstanding deal and a great product. I hope that my experience with this product will help other consumers make an informed buying decision. I have noticed a marked improvement of knee arthritis (I'm 75) when using this product. Since it makes exercise less painful, I am able to exercise with greater intensity, which, in turn, improves the condition.

Great choice

This is a very good product. It contains 4 very important ingredients for joint support and elasticity. The capsules could be a little narrower (but are still easier to swallow than the chalky pills). This company also does not use microcrystalline celluose capsules (which is good). Deducted 2 stars in overall rating due to the number of pills you need to take as a dose; No one should have to take 4-5 pills daily for a supplement. This is a new and unfortunate issue in supplements for some unnecessary reason! Maybe manufacturers will get real on this! (But the ingredients in this product & the capsules and no crystalline cellulose is a better way to go! (PS can't respond to pain relief, as pain is subjective.)
