I liked that it is still brand new and wrapped in it's factory plastic still. I kept the plastic on until I started my class just in case I ordered the wrong book. Good thing I d I'd that bcs I did order the wrong book! Lol!

It arrived on time and was brand new, just as described and it was cheaper than getting it from my school book store. I have used the heck out of this book!

I got the book used-like new. The covers are creased/bent in multiple places, but it is good other than that.

I ordered it for my anatomy and physiology class and it was exactly what I needed for a good price

Bought the e-version (kindle) and was EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED that it wouldn't let me open the book on my laptop through their free app or on the amazon kindle read browser page. I have a kindle paperwhite as well but it's only compatible with the kindle scribe. Great. I could read it on my phone but that is worth very little because of the textbook formatting its almost too small to read. Spent more than an hour reading troubleshooting tips that didn't work, and then spent nearly 2 HOURS with customer service with the ultimate conclusion of them sending in a ticket saying the product won't download and that I can keep it to read on my phone or get a refund. I will be getting a refund- I need this textbook for class and need to read it on something that I can actually see all the small text, while the actual textbook is very expensive, and used options have iffy reviews. Awesome.

I love this it’s so helpful. So happy my school decided to use it. Lots of different resources with this book.
