Grrrrreat!
It must have been pretty comical to see me, a smaller woman, look like I was water-skiing down the street and being pulled by two tug boats (my Newfoundland dogs) with our new leash! That's over 250 pounds of strong dog that this braided and bright blue leash held without difficulty, not bad, not bad at all! It had been a few days since we went for a walk when we received this leash, so they were overly excited to go-go-go! The leash was super easy to put on the dogs and long enough for each of them to do their own thing as we walked/ran along. The grip is great! The padding really helped my hands not become tired or sore from the tugging. It feels good to hold and provides a great and solid grip. I was worried that the dogs would become entangled, but it doesn't happen because of this nifty device that turns, preventing entanglement. One of my Newfies is better behaved than the other on a leash, so I had to remember not to correct both dogs by giving a tug on the grip, rather grab the offender's lead and give it a tug. I like that I don't need to find two leashes anymore, just the one and off we go (OK, so I'm not super organized....) I've had dogs all of my life and have had all sorts of leashes. Ones with lights, ones with doggy bags, leather ones, plastic ones, you name it. This one is my favorite! Wow, I am so happy and grateful that I had the opportunity to review this fantastic leash for a discounted rate ...and my dogs are too!

Best leash ever - repeat customer
I purchased this leash 4 years ago. Used it 2-4 times per day with 45 and 95 pound pibbles until a clasp broke (last week). I love this leash so much I purchased the same product a second time. Note: I live near saltwater which is highly corrosive to metal. What I like: the swivel keeps the dogs from tangling, although they are trained at this point to use it. I also like that the two leads split closer to my hand, rather than further away. It’s durable. The handle is comfortable. I had forgotten how soft it is when it is new. After 4 years it loses some of its cushion, but that’s to be expected. What I don’t like: absolutely nothing. I love this leash.

Great 2 dog leash
I have used a coupler on a regular leash and found that my dogs didn't like being quite so close together. This leash allows 2 dogs to have plenty of space between them and one can be in front and one behind. This leash is very strong and has a little bit of give to it without being stretchy. My dogs and I like it a lot. My only suggestions for perhaps another leash product would be to offer one that is a little shorter and has a soft bendable handle rather than a fixed handle. Shorter smallish dogs (17 and 27 lbs) tend to get a foot over a loose leash and I prefer a handle I can wrap over my wrist. All in all, I would highly recommend this product .

Great design!
The media could not be loaded. This is a great design!I had tried another double lead on which the Y split was much closer to the end. My one dog (who should know how to walk on the leash but forgets herself when she's excited) pulled my other dog all over the yard. With this one, though, as long as I hold on and guide, they don't pull each other if they stray to the side.I use it primarily on my two small dogs (a dachshund and a dachshund mix), but I've tried it on the mix with my older, 45-lb. dog too, and it works beautifully. When walking all three dogs, it occasionally gets tangled with the other leash, but it never tangles with itself due to the swivel in the middle. If I had any thoughts about how to improve it, I might consider a slightly smaller gauge for small dogs, so it isn't as heavy, and clasps that hook a little more easily. In either case, for the price, it's WELL worth it to me.

Good leash, well priced, nicely made.
This leash is just as described. I am quite happy with it. It is lightweight, sturdy and exactly what I wanted. One thing I thought it had which it doesn't (my own error) is a toggle or something to adjust the amount of distance between the two leashes. I had one of these by a different manufacturer whose leash had a grippy thing you could slide up and down the two leashes to lock them together at your desired length. I am sure I can find something to clip on myself because I do like that feature, but this version never claimed to have that functionality.

Great for dogs of different sizes
I bought this leash when we got a second dog. It worked beautifully for walking our 40 lb dog and 20 lb dog together. It is sturdy enough for the bigger dog (and would work with an even bigger one) and lightweight enough for the smaller one. The rubber grip handle is also a lot easier on my hand that a traditional leash handle. The leash splits close to the top, which is great because it gives both dogs a lot of freedom to explore. The only downside is that it is long enough that one dog can walk behind me and come up on my other side, effectively trapping me in the Y of the leash. Still, I love the product.

Moving forward, works fine
If my two dogs were paying attention and running ahead of me, we were fine. If they got distracted and turned around or crossed over, I got tangled in the leash. If your dogs are used to walking with purpose in a consistent forward motion (first of all, good for you), I can see this being a great product for you. I loved the braided rope and the cushioned handle.

Good!
My two Kuvasz live on 3 acres but they do get bored and I've been wanting to walk them for a while now. Was worried that a combined weight of 220 lbs. would be too much for me to handle, but finally gave in and purchased this leash. It works great! I looked at quite a few leashed and this one seemed sturdy enough compared to others. My dogs didn't pull too much so can't judge on extreme sturdiness but it worked just fine and I don't foresee any issues. The handle was comfortable, the length is perfect and the swivel makes it just so much easier. The dogs were thrilled to go for a walk. Would recommend.

Life-changing leash, good quality to boot
I have two dogs who both sometimes pull, one who is 20 lbs and another that is 40 lbs. This leash is amazing because I don't get rope burn from the handle and the coupler automatically untwists when they cross each other's path (they still sometimes try to walk behind me and put me in between the two split leashes but there's only so much a leash can do!). This is bungy-type material and does have a little stretch to it, but not too much, which I like. Quality is great, very happy to have picked this one even though it was a couple dollars more.

Must have for owners with two dogs.
If you regularly walk two dogs this is a must have item. The soft foam grip makes walking the dogs a lot more comfortable. I generally dislike rope style leashes because they're uncomfortable to hold, this double leash is the happy exception. Thanks to the built in swivel at the fork and each snap your dogs won't become entangled even if they're playing around. The leash has just the right amount of stretch, perfect for walking two dogs. 5/5 stars, recommended buy.

Bonita y funcional
The media could not be loaded. Es resistente, los colores bonitos y lo mejor es que tiene buena distancia para que mis perros se desplacen sin estar pegados uno con otro.

Worth paying a little extra for great quality
Should've bought this long ago. I bought a cheaper version from a different seller which was defective on delivery. Glad I didn't give up on this style of leash and paid a little more to get better quality item. You get what you pay for. The coupling at the top of the leash allows for the dogs to have some space from each other instead of coupling at the bottom of the leash, which was the old method I was using
