Carpro Cquartz - 30 Ml - Discontinued in 2020

I'm not sure what I did wrong here. I'm familiar with the CarPro Plastic coating, so I know the deal with getting things uber clean first. This was actually applied to a brand new hood. We literally mounted it and took the stick-um off the hood just before applying (I did wipe down with IPA first to ensure no stick-um residue was left behind). I applied the coat as directed and left it for 10min as directed. The stuff WOULD NOT come off. I'm not sure if it was because it was relatively young paint (it had sat in the shipping box for a month first, so it's not like it was fresh fresh), or that it was paint over fiberglass. No idea...but the ONLY way to get the stuff off was to lubricate the microfiber (brand new fresh out of the package microfiber) with quick detailer. It took a good 30min of hardcore manual elbow grease to get the stuff off (two people). At this point, I'm not even sure any of the ceramic protectant is even left on the paint. I'll leave it in the garage for the 48hrs to be sure, and then will add a coat of wax.I'm pretty sure the consensus is that I left it on too long. The directions on the product are very vague, so for other first time users I recommend reading a detail blog on it first. I should have wiped on, wiped off right away.

have used this product on 3 classic cars and all look great and have held thier glossy look. Found the application to be very easy when doing as instructed and for a much better price then the body shops want. Also have maintained the shine with the carpro Reload product.

I had heard about ceramic coating and finally decided to try it on my wrapped car. I had just finished wrapping the car and applied the coating, let it cure for a day. it repels water and makes washing the car easy. it feels like the car is waxed all the time. i bought another bottle for my sisters new car and will use it on any new or repainted vehicle for sure.

This coating went on very easy and looks terrific. Now I want to check this 1 year later like people have claimed and see if water still beads. So far great!! The guys sent it out right away and I REALLY appreciate that as I saw the video of a guy using it and couldn't wait to get such a product!!

Seriously this stuff is great! just apply it yourself as well, its not too hard and people sometimes make a big deal about getting it installed professionally. I have done 2 cars with it, about to do my third. The bottle is enough for about any sedan. it makes car washes super easy, and protects the car very nicely.

I bought it because it was being mentioned around our friends as "a new excellent product to maintain the pain of your car", it was supposed to protect but also to enhanced the bright and many other things. I used it on a brand new black car, and I was satisfied with it, but didn't find any major difference with a teflon treatment; didn't protect against bird poo as expected, good for keeping the car clean when raining. If you find a good deal, buy it, as one more product for your car.

This stuff is amazing. Just follow the instructions and you will get great results

Excellent easy to apply coated the 4Runner 3 full times

Hazed and was hard to buff. Took 4 hours to buff it off with a orbital. Worst protection product ever. Settled with Dr. Beasleys in the end.
