These pillows are excellent but very hard
These offer amazing support but they are pretty hard so the first couple of nights it might be a little bit hard to get used to, I think they soft and up slightly after a few days but when you first get them they feel as hard as a rock if you're not used to something like this but you're probably not going to find any other pillow that offers this type of support, if you got a pinched nerve or a disc hitting your spinal cord and you got a lot of neck pain you might want to consider something like this, I bought a medium and a large size and the medium was just about perfect,, the largest slightly too big but I was kind of expecting that, I bought the medium size one to sleep with and the large one to use during the day like if I want to watch TV and prop my head up a little bit or something, it's a little higher off the bed, but once you get used to it is very comfortable, it may be a little bit expensive for the pillow but it's a really good value for the money when you think about the amount of support and hopefully pain relief you might get from it, I can't sleep on a regular pillow anymore because my neck hurts like you wouldn't believe but this allows me to get a good night's sleep and not be in pain all night,

Supportive, high-quality pillow that can make a real difference in how you feel when you wake up
This is my third time purchasing the Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Ergo Neck Pillow, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I absolutely love this pillow—it provides excellent neck support and helps me sleep comfortably through the night.Surprisingly, I’ve also noticed a significant improvement in my lower leg cramps since using this pillow. I wasn’t expecting that, but the better spinal alignment seems to help with overall circulation and comfort.

super firm memory foam neck pillow
After a long search, I've finally found a pillow that I really like! This one remains firm after laying on it for awhile, and does not give way beneath your head & neck when it gets warmed, like so many memory foam pillows do.The first night I slept on it, it was VERY firm. But, I have gotten used to it, and maybe it has also gotten a bit more soft. But now, after using it for a week, I can say I really like it.On a scale of 1-10, where 1 is very soft and 10 is very firm, I would rate this one at an 8.5 or 9.I do hope it keeps it firmness for a long time.I am writing this review on 10/12/24. If I remember, and am able to come back and edit this, I will update this review in a few months (or even a year) to share how long and how well it held up for me.

Comfy but too short. My cat fits on it. That’s about it.
Decent pillow but very short in length for our king sized bed. However, the Queen of the house, Your Highness, Chikkitikkitulu, Reaper of Souls, took a liking to it so now she owns it because she owns us. She also threatened to kick us out the house if we get rid of this pillow, so it’s a good size for her and we’ll keep it.

Bought it to help during physical therapy. This actually introduces new symptoms.
Bought it to help during physical therapy. This actually introduces new symptoms. Seem they take a few shortcuts which leads to the consumer suffering. How does a Brand like Tempurpedic not vigorously testing their products in 2025?

The SHAPE of this provides relief to back/side sleepers, but it is a bit too firm. will update
I am a back sleeper, very still and never move all night. The pillow is small (side to side) but works for me. I have the SAME version of this pillow, but it is older. My older one feels more gooey/dough like and my neck almost instantly molds to the old pillow compressing it very little. The newer version does not react as quickly to compress the foam and the foam is stiffer and firmer, not gooey/dough like so my head does rest a bit higher on this new one. Old foam Vs new foam is a completely different foam.+++What I love about this pillow is the SHAPE of it. This is what provides relief for my neck. If you happen to look at any contour pillows, they all market them as having 2 sides you can use. A 3.5" and a 4.3" are the typical measurements for those contour bumps. BUT if you want to use the 3.5" side, the other higher side still keeps your head up too high pushing your chin into your neck. The center slope is not low enough either. I consider that a major design flaw that they used in a way to market it to more people, large or small. It does not work for smaller people.Temperpedic has designed these CORRECTLY so you pick your own size pillow!! Small, medium, or large. These are the sizes of the contour bump heights, NOT the size/width of the pillow! I LOVE the design of this pillow, it is perfect for me having only one smaller contour and the other end flat. My chin is NOT pushed into my neck. Just a bit too firm, but not skin numbing firm. Not sure if I will keep it or not just yet.For side sleeping, this pillow's shape works for me too. My shoulders are not broad and my mattress is extremely soft so my shoulders do sink more into my mattress so a high pillow is not required for me for side sleeping. Again though, the pillow is a bit too firm and does not mold to my head/neck nearly as much as my old original Tempurpedic pillow does. I may try to heat it with a hair dryer or put it in the dryer first to see if that does anything for it before using it next. I wished they offered this in different densities.

I am going to purchase the medium as well
it is a really great pillow. And I had one from them before that I loved. But I must have gotten the medium. This time I bought the large and it is just too big for me. I am, however, going to order the medium. Because I really loved my pillow that I had before. And I especially like the firmness of their pillow. It is firm, but yet it is not too hard that it hurts my head, but it supports me nicely with its firmness.
