Absolutely Disgraceful AT&T TL16013 DECT.0 Expandable 2-Line Corded Telephone
Its primary purpose was to hear who was leaving a message. It cut *way down* on marketing and con calls. Even after two weeks' use, it was still a little hard to master all the button and control features. However, it served its purpose beautifully and, on top of that, had features that made it "The Cat's Meow" once I learned how to use them. The instruction manual was well written, albeit (necessarily) a little lengthy.APPARENTLY I CAN NOT ADD A SECOND REVIEW BUT HAVE TO ADD TO MY FIRST REVIEW. My first review five-starred this very versatile telephone I purchased on JUNE THIRD, TWENTY NINETEEN! On OCTOBER TWENTY NINTH, TWENTY TWENTY THE "SIL POWER SUPPLY" essential and unique cord failed. I have contacted AT&T, Best Buy, SAMS, WalMart, Staples, Amazon, and eBay. ALL OF THESE SOURCES TOLD ME THE VERY SPECIFIC POWER SUPPLY CORD IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. This allows me to make and take calls on one line only. ALL of the phone numbers in the phone's directory are GONE. There is no audible voice mail messaging. There is no Speaker. There is no EVERYTHING for which I purchased the phone. There is, of course, the $130 I threw away on this purchase. Keep in mind that the WARRANTY EXPIRED just five months after purchase. What a dummy I was. Had I purchased the more expensive warranty, I could have used the phone I liked very much for several more years --- if, of course, the warranty was honored. The AT&T customer rep told me it would probably be wiser to "go and buy another phone instead of searching for a replacement power cord." I congratulated and appreciated her for her honesty.

Excellent Voice Clarity
OMG! This is what i have been looking to have for the past almost 6yrs in business. I had Panasonic that working excellently until after a few years later. I had static on the background and also my customers kept complaining that they couldn't hear me or noise on the background. Then, I complained severely to my service provider and i was told to change the phone. I didn't think it was the problem until i purchased this AT & T TL1603. This phone has most of the features I want in a business phone but doesn't have the blocking feature which my previous phone has or Wifi or app to download to my cell phone to take calls when im out of my office. Overall, i am very satisfied with the voice quality for now, which had been my paramount concern. Probably, to have most or if not all of the features, I would have paid much more :-) :-) :-) Thank you, AT & TNote: I gave 4 star because when i purchased my previous phone, it worked for sometime and later started having noise on the background and my customers could't make out anything on the phone....Let's see how this goes!

Something so simple yet effective
After working in a "smart" office setup for a couple years and the past few months on my iphone, a phonecall becomes much less personal when taken on airpods or the iphone. I'm knocking off a star because I didn't think I'd need to drop $87 and change including tax for a corded landline, but this thing has truly changed the quality of my work calls. Makes me feel like at my first job. That actually had phones.Edit: After a few weeks of use, some of my coworkers have been complaining about my call quality. I need to return this.

No speed dial, poor main screen functions
No speed dial and main screen does not include the date/time if not on a call, which is very unusual. I do like that it connects with cell phones and the Bluetooth technology for headsets. I would return it but I don't have time to find another phone right now so I will be keeping it.

Awesome Phone
Working form home this phone is awesome, love the connect to cell feature. Connects up to 2 cell phones and you can answer you cell call on the landline phone. Have already recommended the phone to fellow co-workers now working from home.

Not so great
I use it for my cell phone in my home office so it is like an office phone but it does has connection flaws. It does not connect every time. The buttons are not good at all. It is hard pressed, literally.

Good quality but has trouble pairing up with Trotonics blue tooth headset.
The phone works..I’m using it with a magic jack and so far haven’t had any issues. It does seem to have issues paring up with my blue tooth headset which I’m not very happy with..otherwise I would give it 5 stars.

Good phone, but a lot to learn.
The phone came with a 200 page instruction booklet; I wanted a phone not a training course on "How to Fly a 747".
