So every year I go through the same annoyance of loads of flies landing and cr*ping all over the worktops, lights and door frames! I've got the fly tape. I tell the children to close the front/back door. I've even got an aversion to the Dettol spray scent through using so much (cleaning after them and AT them to drown the f*s!). But finally, a spray that works ;) it's pleasant smelling which is the first bonus as was expecting it to smell rancid for a fly killing aid nor does it catch the back of your throat ;) I purchased in bulk so always have a can to hand. To be honest there's not too many around YET and I do try and shoo them outdoors before they meet their doom but their drive is real! Anyway, it does what its meant to...bye bye buzzy b*st*rds...now for the negatives... It's not instant working so if traumatised by the sound of their last buzzing moments (no worse than the tape but at least with spray they're not starved to death while lay stuck to a gloopy grave!) maybe get a more humane alternative (or stick with tape so don't have to hear them) although it's only about 10-15 seconds of a decent spray ;) the downside to it taking a while is that you don't know where they're going to end up as they can get far enough while takes effects then disappear...so either watch until they drop then dispose or be prepared to find their bods hiding behind a vase or squashed on carpet later. I look forward to a summer of fewer flies in the home and fewer poo spots around the fixings. Not sure I'd use for treating a whole room due to the airing needing after but a short spray on a group seems effective enough...unless you have a huge problem (my sympathies!!).
