I bought these so I could work out in my garage on the cement floor. I do HIIT workouts and needed something that would give me some cushion, I have suffered from shin splints in the past. I have used these for a while now and I have had no pain in my shins. The tiles lock in really well and there have been no signs of wear after extensive use. This mat has been great and I would highly recommend it. My only small issue is that it tends to slide around a little and I had to put something under it to keep it from sliding on the cement.

Bought 4 boxes to cover our square footage. This is durable, and a good thickness. Was easy to install as well. Only thing I would point out is that if you have a spin bike or equipment that needs to be stable it will wobble on this flooring. We had to put wood under the footings of our equipment to stabilize it. No fault of the flooring at all for this just a nice to know now that I am sharing

Purchased a single package of 6 3/4" pieces EVA foam. Includes 6 straight edge pieces and everything fits well. All pieces are the same colour and height in this package. Soft enough to perform your workout and rest weights on without damaging. If you put something heavy with sharp legs like a chair on this material, it may leave a mark but if you're using a bench with flatter legs, it would be fine. If you're using on Hardwood or Laminate flooring, it may slip under your feet with momentum. I experienced this while doing lunges. A good product for the price, exactly as advertised, fast shipping. I would buy again.
