BlackBerry 9320 Smartphone - White

Excellent service, This was a replacement for my old Blackberry which I've had for several years, I find I cant use the touch screen phones due to lack of feeling in my finger tips so Blackberry's are one of the only phones I can use I love them. This one has so much more thank the older Blackberrys and I find getting on the internet is so easy, perfect for an oldie like me.

Well made product and fits snugly in the palm. Positive feel to keys which illuminate in low light.Good sized battery and quality charger supplied. All icons displayed located by thumb touch.Good sound quality and fast response on 3g. Opportunity to obtain an iconic 'phone of this qualityat a reasonable price. Well pleased.

Awful phone!! Not even had it a week and it has been shoved away in a draw never to be used again. Phone buttons keep freezing and curser wont move around the screen. This has happened since the day after I received it but the final straw was when daughters nursery rang and it wouldn't let me answer the call the button to accept the call froze totally then the whole phone froze I had to take battery out and reboot it and that's the only way to get it to do anything now. Stupidly I threw away the box so can't send it back. If u want a reliable phone this is NOT it!e

Bought this for my daughter as her first phone and it does what she wanted it for,texting,making calls but not so good for internet.

Disappointed - unable to get beyond the "enterprise account" which apparently you must have with blackberry - it seems on this phone anyway. I spent over two hours on the phone to my "pay as you go" sim provider who referred me to Blackberry and Blackberry who referred me to my "pay as you go" sim provider. After exhaustive phone conversations it appears you need an EE sim. I bought and installed the EE sim and still was unable to get beyond the "enterprise account " info required. Which may have enabled me to use the phone in all its capabilities. I have given up, the phone is now in a drawer unused and money wasted. By the way when I offered it for sale to one of the sites that say we will buy your phone I was offered £1. That's for a virtually brand new Blackberry Curve. As I understand it, the "enterprise account" is for business users and I am not a business. Yes I could use it for txt and phone calls but nothing else. I found the whole exercise frustrating and waste of time and money. Needless to say I now have a different mobile which works excellently.

Excellent quick delivery.Item as described.Lovely little phone. Bought as a present for hubby for Xmas, he already has this same phone, has lasted 2 years so this is just a replacement for his old one. Easy to use and looks lovely in white.

The phone is neat and fast and i am enjoying it. A bit disappointed with the battery life though but all in all its great

Had this phone for a month first drop and it totally stopped working. it Is simply not worth the money thanks to this phone I was left with no phone. As it was something in the mother board that broke the phone is no longer fixable, as this item does not come for a warranty there it no way of getting it returned replaced or fixed!
