How do I insert the earplugs?

1. Hold the earplug with the ear tip towards your face. 2. Pull the back of your ear to open the ear canal. Gently insert the ear tip (no twisting needed). 3. Press gently for 5 seconds to ensure a proper seal. Don't push it in too deep.

What should I do if the silicone layer folds over the ear tip?

We don't use glue in our products, so occasionally, the silicone layer may fold over, causing the foam tip to bulge out. If this happens, just: 1. Unroll the silicone layer. 2. Roll it back over to cover the foam tip.
