My wife was told she had "metabolic syndrome" and that red wine helps with that. Well, she is allergic to alcohol (and as it turns out she does not have metabolic syndrome, but a thyroid condition) so when we discovered this product touting all the benefits of red wine, we decided to give it a try. We were not expecting much, it all sounded like a bunch of hippie-flower child nonsense. So imagine my surprise when, after a month of taking this product, my cholesterol level dropped 80 points. Yes, you read that correctly--EIGHTY points. Our diet did not change at all. We were eating the same things (and at the time it was not particularly healthy) and our daily exercise was nil. The only difference was this product. Needless to say, we have been taking it ever since. My wife's total cholesterol hovers between 100-120, her LDL (the 'bad' one) is 79. My levels are in the normal range, which is a first for me. We've since educated ourselves on better eating habits as a result of this product--it kick started our interest in how eating the right foods and taking the right supplements can and DO make a difference in your well being.

This is my second bottle. I made diet changes; checked every label and made sure to eat foods with no cholesterol in them. I added this and psyllium husk caps (Yerba Prima) tablets also purchased on amazon. My total cholesterol was 323 and within 6 months of all changes my cholesterol dropped to 263. I am hoping the next blood work will show this even lower.

Even though they do not write about it, it does reduce significantly the arthritis in my hands. Quit this supplement once for a few month when finances got bad and my arthritis came back. Started back with it and it went away.

I like Resveratrol Complete the most of the red wine products recommended to help the heart. I have tried other supplements and this one I like best. It also has Vitamin D3.

This is pricier than some types of resveratrol, but I like these gel capsules with powder inside more than the solid gels I've bought in the past. I can't scientifically back this up, but it seems like the powder would make the nutrients more easily accessible to your body—which is what the product claims.
