A Fairly healthy snack
To me these are a great little snack bar, healthy grains etc. A little coffee or tea and one of these to hold over till supper time.

Very delicious on the go snack
Perfect quick snack , just enough to take the gurgle outta your gut. They taste really good, the berry flavor really pops. Enjoy! Would be nice if nice more than 5 came in a box though, I eat a lot of these 🙂

Good but not the secret to healthy living
These are okay, but Kind bars are generally expensive and they are kind of healthy for what it is. I would buy these instead of some of the other 'healthy' brands like Cliff or RxBar. The later has less ingredients but tastes awful.

Tasty bars. These are my go-to for morning workday snacks. I keep my house well stocked with these.

These taste great and give that little bit of energy as needed.

We bought these for long days at the airport. Easily packs in carry on and my very picky husband with gluten issues enjoyed them, even though he won't typically eat quinoa.
