The scrub wasn’t as moist and smooth as the first container I bought, and it didn’t have much scent to them. The scrub was dryer, and had hard chunks of scrub through out it. I used the about half the scrub before contacting desertcart and requested a refund. I let them know I used half of the trying to make it work instead of having to send it back, but I just wasn’t happy with it. The scrub was just hard and crumbly. desertcart gave me the option for either a refund, or sending them back the old product, and them sending me out a new replacement. I chose a replacement, and it got delivered to me the next day. The replacement scrub was just like the original one I ordered. Has a nice scent, and the scrub is smooth, and not dry and crumbly. I will continue to reorder this scrub 😃👍

**Q: Are your products tested on animals at all?**
A: Is that a deal breaker if they animal test?

**Q: When can you use the scrub before or after showering?**
A: I use it while I'm in the shower. Keeps my skin moisturized. It can be a bit messy and some say slippery, but I haven't had any issues. I use shower gel before and after using it. Some people state that it leaves their skin too oily after use, but again I don't have that issue.

**Q: What is the glycerin derived from?**
A: It is vegetable glycerin ( as listed on jar)

**Q: has this got rid of strawberry legs?**
A: I searched for causes of strawberry legs which comes from a combination of shaving with a dull razor and dry skin. Inflammation of the hair follicle can be the results. I can’t say this will get rid of the problem, but certainly exfoliating the legs should help. This product works extremely well with exfoliating skin. I don’t shave my legs but I use this to exfoliate my complete body. Hopefully this will help.

I love this body scrub! I have purchased it a multiple times . I was disappointed with the last two that I bought though. Very good texture, not really any scent, which I enjoy! I wish it had a bit more oil in the container, but when applied has plenty of moisture. I will purchase again.
