Beware cycling women
So first off I want to say I do like this product. It worked really well for evening my mood which is why I bought it. I’m in perimenopause (39) and the mood swings are no joke. However, I am still cycling and want to continue. In fact we would like more children. I was using this product one pump a day from the first day of my period (cd1). I was feeling good so figured I’d just continue till ovulation then switch to the progesterone cream (which I had already been using for my luteal phase). Cd 14,15,16…no ovulation. (I track basal body temp, there was no shift). I finally thought around cd 27 I had better stop taking it so my period can come. I stopped using it, continued with the progesterone. Yesterday my temp rose, today it spiked. I’m pretty sure I just ovulated at cd 29/30. I have never ever had a cycle like this so I know that it isn’t just a coincidence. I still intend to use this product next cycle but I’m going to try half a pump or less and see what happens.

Achieved recuperative sleep,
I do not always give reviews. When I do it is because I am compelled to give one; either the product is really good or incredibly harmful rotten gimmick flop I saw through. This cream literally helped me win me the most coveted job promotion to Sr Executive job. You see, I had to interview for it like so many other external candidates and 5 other internal ones who were also very ambitious like me.When I hit menopause I find it so tough to get recuperative sleep at night, which made me get up every morning with brain fog. Then I saw a YouTuber bragged about this cream for her face skin. I thought I’d try this for that purpose, for the face. What a wonderful surprise I got! The first night of use, I actually fell asleep within 5 minutes of going to bed. Then stayed asleep for the whole night. So, I asked myself, “self! What did you do differently?” Well, self replied, “ it’s the menopause cream that you smudged all over your visage the night before”.On the 10th day of use, I noticed that my brains and motivation are becoming sharper and positive. I finally gathered courage to follow up with my superiors about my application for promotion. I was told that an interview is going to be scheduled for me. A panel interview! It was scheduled 25 days after I started using this cream.I prepared for the panel interview, my mind so clear, I was sharp. But did I ace the interview with no nervous wreck sentences from my biological kazoo? You bet I did! I was a pro! I was sharp, witty, funny, strategic in my answers, and best of all - I was not nervous!I credit this cream for helping me get the best sleep of my menopausal life! It’s still doing it. ❤️❤️❤️

Update: I'm beginning to have a response.
Update 2/28/23: Although it didn't seem to be working for me, I continued using it, along with the progesterone version of this product. I did start to have something of a response. And I learned a trick to get it to absorb better. Instead of putting it on skin & expecting it to go into my skin while I massage it in, I put it on several large spots of skin and then massage it in partially and let it sink in on its own. That helps with the difficulty of absorption. I did some research on Estriol, also. It seems like it's a phyto-estrogen substance all on its own, not derived from yam or something like that? Anyway, I've re-ordered it and am going to give it more time to work. As I say, I'm having a bit of response, but not much. Hopefully, it's just taking me a while to respond and will increase over time.Initital Review: I've been using this twice daily, 1/4 tsp each time, per instructions. I notice no effect on my body whatsoever. This SMNutrition Estrogen lotion (it's more of a lotion than a cream) says the estrogen is "micronized USP estriol," but doesn't identify the source of the estriol, except that it says it's soy-free. It also contains Vitamin E, which is good, and retinyl palmitate, which is an ineffective Vitamin A product in bargain face creams. I don't know why that substance would be in this lotion. It also has two types of parabens. Until I got this product, I'd been using a soy-based phytoestrogen cream and was having some positive results, although weak results. Those results started right away after I started using my prior cream. I switched to this product, thinking it would be more effective. It wasn't. Also, this has the consistency of a lotion, not cream, being too liquidy or thin gel-like, so that it took a lot of rubbing over a broad area of skin in several places to get it absorbed. It didn't absorb readily. I also don't like the pump. I hold it right side up and pumped. It takes two pumps to make 1/4 tsp, and it works fine. But the top doesn't come off, so when it gets low, I won't be able to pump out the last of what's left in the container, so I'll lose the use of some of the lotion. I don't know why so many phytoestrogen products advertise soy-free, unless a lot of people are allergic to soy. I am not. What's good about this product is that it has no scent, has Vitamin E, didn't product negative effects, and seems to moisturize skin a bit. I may use it for another week and see if I start seeing results. If I do and my results change, I'll update. I do not recommend. Note: I also got the progesterone sister product, and got the same results as the estrogen products, which is no results.

Super toxic ingredients. Read the label before buying.
Ok, so it’s gluten free. Unfortunately it’s not paraben free, silicone free, or propylene glycol free. Gave me a very nasty rash, but it’s not returnable. Read the label and read the return policy before buying.

Great partner with my moisturizer
I’ve been using smoky Mountain products for many years now. I mostly use the one in the yellow bottle.. but they don’t seem to sell that much anymore. This products are great for my skin. I’m a senior citizen and I get many compliments on my skin and that I look much younger than I am. So I appreciate this product very much. I use it daily in the morning in the evening along with my moisturizer.
