Have purchased several BGI Gain products in the past and always very happy with them. Having used Garden Gain in the past, I know what it should look like and how it should smell.Opened up the completely sealed pouch received today and the entire contents was wet and smelled a lot worse than it normally does. The pellets were brown through and through, with damp crystals stuck to the inside of the package and the "thank you" enclosure was sopping wet.May be wiser to order directly through BGI, rather than through FBA.--------------------UPDATE: February 24, 2023 - Ordered again, hoping wouldn't run in to the same problem, but unfortunately, contents is again, sopping wet and very badly degraded. Looks exactly like attached photos - AGAIN.

I use this general fertilizer for everything from elephant ears to bananas and it's very effective. It's so much better than having to dilute powders in gallon jugs every week or two. And the company ships their products very fast. I also use their Palm Gain, Citrus Gain, Tomato Gain, and Hibiscus Gain and have great results from all of them.
