いろいろな海塩や岩塩を使ってきましたがカマルグの塩が1番オールマイティで自分にはピッタリな塩です。最終的に1番気に入ってる組み合わせはオリーブオイルにバルサミコ酢と合わせてサラダにかけると格別で何年も定番になってます。ただ残念なことに某「Ka◎di」で購入してましたが販売停止したようで今後Amazonを利用させてもらいます。

Im a salt lover. I have salt from many parts of the world. This Carmague salt was something I wanted to try, it is a slightly course crystal, not requiring a grinder. It is a slightly sandy colour. It’s salty! The part I love a lot is the packaging. A lovely quality stiff cardboard box with a tight fitting lid. Very pretty
