I have in total ordered 6 blinds from them. My last review was one star due to the fact that they shipped the wrong color. However, since contacting them here thru the app on contact seller they went above and beyond to correct the issue. The blinds are fantastic and the communication was top notch. I highly recommend the Dark Brow they look way more expensive than the actual price. They were easy to install and I will definitely recommend them to friends as I’ve gotten several compliments.

I was looking for some blinds for our dining room to help control the heat and the amount of sun shining through all the windows (there’s 9). Also something that looks nice enough for a semi formal dining room. I saw these and everything seemed right! The look, price and ease of ordering. Speaking of ordering, it’s very important to read ALL instructions on how to determine what size you need. These are not returnable so contacting the company is imperative if you have questions. We made an error and had to contact them and they were very helpful and helped us to make things right! Would highly recommend based off of quality and customer service!

First purchased two blinds for my smaller windows when I couldn't find any at the box store, and was glad I did. Price was good, but the blinds are really nice. Easy to clean. Push up instead of a draw string. Just really nice. Fast forward, just purchased in early 2024. They were put up in about 25 min, and again, love them. You can get the size you need!!!! I also appreciate in the description how to measure and the details to make sure you get the right size. Recommend!

We ordered three identical blinds in one order. Each, supposed to be "custom sized" to out width. That said they came and were not the same in width, two were way too long and the other had chips in the slats where it was cut down. Secondly, some of the brackets I received to hold the header were different and would not work... until I made modifications. Further, at the bottom of the blind, the end caps that were sent would not fit as the manufactured blocking was in the way and even at the width shipped, the caps still would not go in, also until I made modifications and glued them. All around buying a special blade to cut down the blinds, cleaning them afterwards, modifying the mismatched brackets and caps took alot of extra time and determination. That said, the price was affordable, but I still paid more in extra work. My review is very mixed due to the inconsistency sent by the "Blinds Emporium." I should also mention, I tried and tried to reach them but, to no avail. Customer service was a dud and un-existent.
