Loved this purchase! It’s good quality, and looks good on, you can put it anywhere, as it shines, and is waterproof. Good quality for money.

Best natural highlighter
This is the BEST highlighter I’ve ever used! Does have a slight shimmer but isn’t sparkly like most others are. As you can see by the pictures, it just adds a natural shine which is literally what you want from a highlighter!
