Why is the date or day of the week incorrect?

When turning on the clock for the first time, set the correct year before the date and time. Some users accidentally choose the wrong year, causing the weekday to display incorrectly. This issue can be fixed by setting the correct year.

Will I lose my settings if there is a sudden power outage?

No. The clock has a built-in memory battery, so even if it is disconnected from power, your time and alarm settings will be preserved. There's no need to reset it after a power interruption.

How to adjust the alarm volume？

To adjust the alarm volume, press the speaker button on the remote control. There are 5 volume levels available.

Why is the temperature inaccurate right after plugging it in?/Can it display outdoor or forecast temperatures?

Temperature monitor: When powered on, the clock captures ambient temperature and holds it for 1 hour (slight deviation may occur). Then it stabilizes near room temperature and updates hourly. Note: displays indoor temperature only, not local weather.
