Ci58400 8G 1TB Win10H

This Acer has impressive features and specs, price is superb for a 8 MB 1 TB and i-5 processor...but for some reason from when I start the computer until finally Chrome appears functional it takes about 3 minutes or more. My other lesser computers take 1 minute at the most. Very disappointing.
