This is grand and certainly was impressive once constructed, but please note that this is not for the faint of heart. .You will need a team and close to a full day to get it together properly. One very annoying thing is that they send an exacto knife and you need to hand cut many pieces. Given all of the panels and perforated pieces it seems "ridiculous" that on top of everything you need to free hand cut anything - especially given the size and structural integrity needed to keep it standing. It comes with a professional hot glue gun, but as we all know hot glue just does not come out of these very fast. At times you need to hot glue all four corners at one time, which is basically impossible to do fast enough with the hot glue. Therefore, I would recommend having a large roll of super adhesive double sided tape - use this and then hot glue for extra holding power. (Ten times easier and faster.)The matching arch is the worst thing that I have ever put together and likewise came with an exacto knife and required free hand cutting of pieces and will absolutely not stand up by itself. If I had to do it over again I would spend the money on a real arch and decorate it with flowers and lights.

Highlight of Prom!
This was a learning experience that turned out great! Here are some tips to ensure this is assembled successfully:1. Read the directions and prepare tools in advance. Having 2 awls, a carpenters square, and an extra hot glue gun helps.2. You need 6 people for most efficient assembly, 2 with awls poking holes for lights, 2 hot gluing, and 2 for prep. Poke the holes before you do anything else…Lay some cardboard underneath to protect the table and to make the best holes.3. Build all the sections (A, B, C, D, E, etc) before assembling the tower. This includes adding lights, really hard to add lights after assembly.4. Spend time making the base perfectly square. Spend time making sure the connecting tabs have at least one inch for each side connecting. It took us 3 hrs with 6 people and then 5 hrs with 4 people to fully assemble.Enjoy!

Flimsy - bad construction!
Instructions were limited. Once constructed it fell apart due to the weight of the lights - many lights did not work! Fell apart during Prom...
