I started a return because I didn't read enough on the product. I retract my statement of an inaccurate description of the product size.. I received what I ordered from this company. I ordered the correct size and am keeping this one...I'll be ordering more. Quality Canvas!!!

OMGosh this is a nice tarp! First of all, the color was not just a solid color, it had a ever so slight broken in tie die look to it, looked pretty cool! I used it for an event yesterday where it was snowing cats and dogs, I used it to cover a cart that I had to roll around. It was not light enough for the wind to touch it, but it was not heavy enough to blog me down. It kept everything under the tarp DRY. I first carried it on my cart ROLLED UP, it is very sturdy and has a wax on it, a little will come off on your hands, and some bled onto my cooler when it was exposed to snow (the cooler was sticking out a bit under the shelter. Because of the wax and it's sturdiness I was able to 'shape' it how I wanted. When I got home and unloaded, the tarp was really wet on one side so I popped it into the drying for 5 mins them laid it out flat to reshape later, turned out nice, really awesome product. Thank You for offering a REAL tarp instead of all the other junk offered here on Amazon lately! 10++++ Stars

I would definitely buy these again, I think I have about 6 of them in different sizes. One thing to note, even though they make reference to military grade type equipment I tore a grommet out the first time I used them tightening them down with a ratchet strap. So they aren't indestructible but they do work great, and I use them for tons of different purposes, from covering my trailer on the road, or for putting underneath tents, or doubling as a sun shade or rain fly. I wouldn't call them water proof, as you can see sun through them, but they work as a great deterrent.

This canvas feels strong and sturdy and I didn’t notice any issues with the seams or grommets. I haven’t tested it in heavy rain, but it has kept my butt dry on dewy/misty grass at least. I’m using it as part of a bedroll/emergency shelter kit with a wool blanket and it’s great for that purpose. As an aside—it’s a much brighter almost leaf green color than other “olive drab” items I own (in the attached pic, this tarp is in the roll with a belt around it). I don’t mind too much, but if you’re doing historical re-enactment or are particularly sensitive about your bushcraft aesthetics, it will probably stand out too much for you.

the dimensions are misleading in my opinion. Their stated 6 x 8 tarp measured for me 5'6" x 7' 2". To be fair though their description does state that 6 x 8 is the CUT dimension and not the final dimension, rather than the sewn dimension. I missed this point when I ordered, so I call it to your attention now.Aside from the dimension issue, the tarp is a nice heavy canvas with very well sewn seems and sturdy grommets. Thus far for me (I bought it in February of this year) it has held up quite well. If a 5 x 7 tarp is what you are looking for then I'd highly recommend this one. At $25 it is a great deal.

I am using this canvas to cover firewood in a wagon before it comes inside the house. This canvas keeps my firewood bone dry in the harshest conditions. Tons of Snow, Rain, Sleet, anything New England can dish out and it performs like a champ. If it gets wet I will throw it on a snow bank for the day and the sun will dry it out perfectly. This canvas is tough and I am thankful for this great product. I think it will exceed your expectations. As in previous reviews, it is smaller than described so beware if the size of the canvas matters to you. This is PERFECT for covering a garden wagon full of firewood. I couldn't ask for anything better.
