Thanks for reaching out! Pure Peanut doesn't contain any sugar, this can be used like protein powder. It can be added to shakes, baking, sauces, etc.

Q: Are there directions to make peanut butter?

There should be instructions on every label under the nutritional facts. If you can not find them, then the instructions are as follows. 2 TBSP peanut butter 1 1/2 TBSP Water.
