Love It!
Although I didn't buy it from Amazon, I own one of these, along with the monochrome Boox Go 2 and the Boox Palma 2, and I love them all. The battery lasts MUCH longer than non-Eink tablets like the Kindle Fire; I can read books from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and more in their Android apps. I can also use Moon+Reader to read non-DRM books. I'm not using it as anything but a book reader, but I have a lot more options for reading books than I do with the limited-to-Amazon Kindle. It is color, like the Kindle Colorsoft, so the contrast is not as great as a monochrome reader, but that is true with any color Eink screen at this time. I have not seen any stripes, etc., such as have been described with the Colorsoft. The only issue I have with it is that the adjustments to make all dialogs show buttons correctly in Moon+Reader are tricky, but I think that is a problem with the software rather than the device. However, the Moon+Reader reading enhancements make it worth it to me. The Kindle's software has had no significant advances in years, with very limited fonts or options for setting paragraph spacing, etc. Some people complain about ghosting, but with the proper settings, I'm not having any problems with it.I think it is worth the money.
