Great packaging and prompt shipping. Very easy to install, the problem is, it has a dead pixel which shows up as a bright green spot on darker images right in the middle of the screen. Contacted the company, they were quick to respond citing some ISO standard which says three or more dead pixels is considered defective enough to replace with a new screen. My thinking is, if I bought a new TV and it had a dead pixel, it would be totally unacceptable. Why is this any different? It's still defective

The screen arrived very well packaged and undamaged. It was hard to put in, but that is not fault of the screen or seller. The difficulty comes by the way the laptop is made; this is why the rating there is smaller. THE SCREEN WORKED, so I am very pleased. It was very nice.

Bought an Acer Chromebook for grand daughter to use for virtual classes for school. Dropped it after only 3 days. Screen was super easy to replace and actually this replacement screen is clearer & brighter than original.

I found a 3 minute youtube video detailing how to replace the screen on my Chromebook; I did a quick google search and found this gem waiting for me. Once I got the screen, I just followed the YouTube video's instructions and it was easy to install and the screen quality is excellent. No complaints.

Received 1st screen which had issue, returned no problem, received 2nd screen, installed, worked perfect.

My first screen lasted 4years. This one lasted less than 4weeks.
