X1 model is single sided so its operable from one side, but you can open by hand if you can reach the latch from the other side. Otherwise there is a model X2 that is double sided.

Q: Can you provide replacement keys?

I can’t, I had I believe the same latch (not sure) when I moved to my new home, I was not able to get replacement keys so I bought this product, they were a good price
