This product looks great but it doesn’t work at all. It leaks and won’t keep your food warm. It is very expensive and doesn’t work for its purpose.The worst part is when I contacted the vendor, I was ask to send pictures of the defects! Seriously, how can I take a picture of cold food!

Very good lunch box for my 6 year old who only likes warm food for lunch at school. Only complaint is that it is heavy but what can you expect, I suppose. I wish that you could keep warm food warm and cold foods cold in the same container though. That would make things perfect.

Description says bag at included but did not receive bag mat. Got the straps for the bag mat tho ??

Great lunchbox. Fantastic aesthetics and does a good job controlling temperature of stored food.

I have used this Tiffin for 5 months now and hence can provide a better review. It is a good Tiffin with some major issues-1. The food is okieshly hot after 4 hrs. Main reason for spending big bucks on this Tiffin was to avoid long queues for microwaving lunch. Food is warm but not hot. I carry a big bowl of dal since I like eating dal all by itself as well. But cold dal is just unpalatable...2. The Tiffin cover is flimsy. Top of the cover where you have the handle (crucial to open Tiffin) comes off. I have fixed it twice using feviquick but it is still coming off.3. Copper coating on inner boxes comes off in a few days

Keeps food warm from 7ish am to noonish. Use it for my sons school lunches

I bought this product for my son last year and it was really nice and he really enjoyed it. So I ordered it again this year as well. Next day delivery and nice packaging as well. I highly recommend.

Utilisé pour les repas des enfants pour l’école.Aimé: Très belle présentation, finition impeccable, pratique.Pas aimé: ne garde pas les repas chaud très longtemps, max 2 heures ensuite c’est vite tiède et dès 4h c’est froid. Ceci même en préchauffant les gamelles dans l’eau chaude et en y mettant la nourriture très chaude. N’est pas bien étanche (sauce qui coule).
