Must have for cold sore sufferers
I wore it after my cold sore crusted up and it helped it heal much quicker than usual. I used a Q-tip to make sure it had good adhesion since I am terrified about spreading this virus! The adhesion is on the loose side but I think it is intentional. If it was stronger it could irritate your cold sore and make it worse. I would wear mine until it naturally fall off then apply a new one. It did a wonderful job covering up the nasty crusty cold sore. Made it less embarrassing when I went out in public.

Excellent product
I have never used a patch for my cold sores but gave these a try. They work really well and I can see a huge difference in the healing after only 2 days. It took a few times putting them on to figure out what works.I'm older and have wrinkles around my mouth so that was a challenge, but I found that pushing my tongue under the sore while placing the patch really helps keep it in place. I also use sharp scissors to cut about 1/4 of the patch off so that it's not trying to stick onto the lower part of my lip that curls against my teeth. This has helped to prevent the patch from coming loose sooner than it needs to. I have used about 12 of them in 2 days, but a lot of that was because of the patch coming loose from the inside of the mouth moisture on my lip that loosened the bottom part of the patch. Since cutting away that part before application, they're staying in place a lot longer. I think this product is well worth it for this price. I've used creams that cost the same or more that don't work half as well, likely because the cream soaks in or rubs off so quickly. These patches soothe the pain and itch, locking in the medication and locking out everything else. I also find I am better able to leave the sore alone as before the patch I would find myself worrying the sore with my tongue and messing with the scab. I will definitely be keeping these on hand for the next breakout. 100% recommend trying these.

Discret, powerful, pain relieving process.
This is an awesome product. I, unfortunately have been getting cold sores on and off for years and this is legit. If you start the process earlly (taking lysine and ointment to ease pain) then the better. It will not grow bigger and it will end faster. Even though it is a little difficult to take off the packaging, it is a small round clear patch that will fit perfectly on your lip. It is best to use at night when sleeping as if you are eating and drinking it can become easier to remove and not stick properly. Plus as everyone knows that gets them the quicker you "pop" the little bumps the faster it will heal. So if you rip it off like a band aid sort of, it will sting a little but also feel better because they do itch.

They work
I started using these on the third day of my break out. They're soothing and take the itching and pain away. The next day the blister had already started to scab over and by the 5th day started falling off. Now I just have a small reddish spot on my lip. I think they're worth the price and I think they'll work even better if I start using them as soon as I feel the familiar tingling and itching starting. My one complaint is the part that covers your lip starts to curl within an hour+ after applying. The part on your skin adheres very well. So well it's kind of hard to remove. When applying, I made sure my lip was dry but I think bc the blister was moist it made it curl. I recommend not drinking or getting you lips wet while wearing. Last night I applied one and since it's practically healed the dot stayed in place. I've tried all the creams, ointments and home remedies but I like these the best. They ease the discomfort, not messy and doesn't get in your mouth, and work quickly. I gave them 4 stars bc of the curling on the lip.

Wish I could give these 6 stars!
I wish I could give these 6 stars! I don't get cold sores often, but when I do, they're on the larger side and tend to last 10-14 days. I had that oh so familiar tingle start on a Monday, I used abreva because I had it on hand but decided to look at other options. I'm so glad I did! I got these patches delivered overnight and started used them Tuesday morning. I am writing this review Thursday evening ( only 2 days after using the patches and 3 days since initial cold sore started) the swelling has gone down so much since yesterday, even since just this morning it's gone down to almost unnoticeable. I added photos of how swollen it was yesterday and what it looks like today. The blister is there, but it's tiny, much smaller than what it would usually be. I am so happy I decided to try these and will definitely keep them in my house for future use. As far as how well they stick, I would clean around my sore with a qtip dipped in watered down dawn dish soap and then remove the soap with just cold water, completely pat dry the area and stick the patch on. The only issue I have is that because the patches are large, it did not stick to the inner part of my lip, otherwise they stay on great. Definitely cannot be hidden under makeup, but they aren't super noticable either.
