Great item that is a dream to use.
I really love the item ordered which is an absolute dream to use.My only concern about the delivery was that the box was open and had not even been taped closed.This is how the goods were despatched and delivered to me today.As far as I am aware everything that should be in the box is there but there is no contents list available.PLEASE ensure that goods in the future are sealed for security.

NOT A FORDHAM
Thought I was buying a Fordham made in USA . Turns out this one is made in China . But I will keep it see how it go's. It all seems sturdy enough . And my foot Pedal works well . There's a bit of moaning about the foot pedal on YouTube . But nothing bad said about the actual product .

Not as described - false advertising!!!
I was really hoping for a better quality product, the product delivered is not the one photographed.I would have risked using it as I took out the 3 year guarantee but more reviews have been added since I placed my order explaining how the drills do not work, overheat and break!

Wrong size chuck
I bought this for my husband for Christmas and it is supposed to be a 6mm chuck and the one that I've received is a 4mm chuck. I contacted the company and got excellent customer service. The tool itself is very good but be aware that the 6mm chuck doesn't take a 1/4 inch kutzall burr
