INVESTIGATE for yourself but as vinegar is highly acidic pathogens do not find a friendly environment. Generally, it is good for one year AFTER opening if out of direct sunlight and stored in at least room temperature cabinet. If NOT pasteurized there is a small chance of salmonella or e-coli.

I am uncertain, as all food products change over time. Honestly, I don't really taste a big difference in its quality today vs. how it may have tasted in 2019. It's still made with mother, and does have a tendency to be a lighter or darker cider, but that could be because of the apples they use (just a guess). I do hope this helps you in your decision.
