The Granite Gray, 3 in 1 Weight Training Sled is 36" x 18" and is made of 16 pounds of tough, construction grade polyethylene. Guaranteed for 5 years. Use with any harness or belt with a tow strap (NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE) and load it with kettle bells, sand bells, plates, or a bag of golf balls - any weight can be used. You can anchor up to 6 fitness ropes or resistance training tools to the Training Sled. With connections at both ends you can anchor ropes on opposite ends and team up with two way pulls! The removable center post nests in a molded-in recess in the Weight Sled for storage when not in use. (no need for a center post if you load it with weight other than plates.) 1.5 inch battling ropes will fit though any of the 6 anchor holes, ropes larger than 1.5 inches or other training products are attached with rope or web loops. The Railyard Weight Training Sled and Anchor will work with any harness, belt or tow strap or upgrade to a package that includes our harness and tow strap. The bottom runner design keeps your Sled tracking straight as you pull or push it on indoor or outdoor turf. Each Sled Anchor features six screw inserts for 6 rubber feet for use as an Anchor only on wood floors. Optional Steel Push Handle (AVAILABLE IN OTHER PACKAGES) fits into two receptacles on one side and lets you load the Sled and use it as a Power Sled. This Railyard Weight Sled Anchor includes: 1 EACH Weight Training Sled and 1 EACH removable center post. (Not for use on unfinished concrete or asphalt)
