Erect, bushy perennial displays showy soft lavender-purple flowers exotically striped with deep maroon veins. Excellent in containers or the sunny border, spectacular when planted en masse. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds. Tolerates a variety of soils.

Prolific grower
Love the plan; it has done well. I did want the striped version of this Mallow, as shown in the picture; however, mine is all purple (hence one star demotion).
