Saint Peregrine 3/4-inch Pewter Medal Pendant Necklace with Holy Prayer Card

I’m Catholic and I have stage four metastatic breast cancer. My husband bought me this medal because St. Peregrine is the patron Saint of cancer patients as he had cancer and God cured him. I absolutely love this medal and haven’t taken it off since I received it on Tuesday.It’s a beautiful medal and comes with a laminated prayer card that not only has a a prayer to St. peregrine but tells about St. Peregrine.

The prayer card is different from the advertised image. The medal is about the size of a nickle. The chain length is not very long it goes over my head but not my husbands. Luckily this was purchased with the intention as a gift for a female relative.

I love this, except for the chain. It doesn't have a clasp and is pretty short. It's hard to slip over my head.

I purchased this for my father who was in the process of having treatment for lung cancer.The medal is detailed and made with quality in mind. The necklace is basic without a clasp. Chan can easily be removed to use metal on a safety pin to wear inside of clothing, on a blanket, etc. I will be purchasing another for a friend.Great price and a perfect gift!

Have to a dear friend who had cancer. It was appreciated! The medal is a nice size and the chain would fit any size person.

The prayer card I received is totally different than what is pictured. The saint looks like an anemic beggar instead of the kindly man shown on Amazon. The medal is advertised as pewter but there is nothing on the package indicating that so I have no idea what kind of metal it is. This was intended for a friend just diagnosed with cancer but I would be embarrassed to give her this. Very disappointed.
