How do I buy a 2nd controller?

It's compatible with original NES controllers. You can buy them on amazon, eBay, at flea markets and in your local retro game store if you have one. Hyperkin also manufacture new close controllers.

Can download games to this?? Where can you still buy games??

No you have to use cartridges. Used nes games can be found here on Amazon and eBay. Common games such as Super Mario brothers can be found relatively cheap, usually around 5 or 10 dollars. Quite a few games are fairly pricey though example Castlevaina is usually around 50 dollars.
