Tiana Organic High Omega 3 Coconut Butter 250 ml

Love this product. Very mild and creamy and great for all sorts of different recipes, savoury or sweet. Recommend.

First time trying coconut butter. The consistency is waxy at room temperature. I use it for stir frying and use a knife to get a wedge and it melts in the pan.It would be hard to spread as butter unless you use a warmed knife and hot toast.It is neutral in taste so it doesn't adulterate flavours.I will keep using coconut oil in place of other vegetable oils although i might try another brand next time just to see.But this is definitely a good product.

This stuff is great. Wonderful for cooking instead of butter, and there is no coconut smell.
