This new iteration features an integrated tongue attached to the upper's medial panel, enhancing foot hold and stability, ensuring maximum power transfer. It also boasts a fiberglass-reinforced internal heel counter for improved heel hold and wider spacing between the BOA dials for better forefoot adjustability. Elevating one of our favorite cycling shoes to new heights of comfort, fit, and performance, the CX239 comes with modern styling. The Competition Last, designed for high-cadence riding, offers a more curved profile, larger toe box, and a tighter heel cup, providing exceptional security while allowing for foot expansion under high pedaling pressures. The 100% carbon fiber sole, available in a 3-hole cleat pattern, ensures effective pedaling and enhanced rider comfort. The upper, crafted in full-grain water-resistant and breathable Ecco Premium leather or Clarino Microfiber and mesh with Outlast heel lining, is sleek, modern, and form-fitting, offering a glove-like feel and excellent protection. The BOA Fit System Li2 Dials provide precise, micro-adjustable fit in both directions, resisting abrasion. The dual BOA fit system on the CX239 offers wider spacing, allowing for greater adjustability and increased comfort and stability across the entire foot.
