Defective pod
This pod was defective and most of the product spilled out this is before my first use. This is the first time I’ve purchased direct from Amazon seller. Never before have I had the rubber plug come out! And they want me to return this how? This would be a hot mess in the mail! What a joke! They shouldn’t ask for me to return this item for a refund.

Pods do not work
I’ve tried several of these. Some new ones work but once you take them on an airplane forget it - they are done. This last new one I bought won’t emit product except a tiny spitting bit when first you pull back the trigger. After that, nothing. This is not the first one I’ve had issues with. Way too expensive to keep trying new ones.
