Q: What are the ingredients?

glutinous rice flour, sugar, water for the mochi... And the fillings are varied. Some are red bean paste and some have peanut and I think another one is custard... There are also some with sesame seeds.

Q: I'm sending a care package (from the US) to my brother in the middle east. Will these get moldy or ruined if i include them in the package?

I suspect they will because of shipping time, both to you and then to your brother. My order took almost a month even though they projected the time to be less than a week. It is a good product and might be alright if they are being shipped directly to your brother.

Q: Do they need to be refrigerated?

These do not need to be refrigerated. Only the mochi ice cream does.

Q: How to store it after I open a package?

I don’t eat many so I store in freeser
