Fun colors and very bright
This light has come in handy! I bought it for camping really but I've used it many times at home. It's fun mood lighting at night or sometimes I use it when on Zoom /Facetime calls with people at night just for added fun. It also came in handy when we had blackouts. It is bright! I put it in the middle of my apartment and I could see well enough to get around without bumping into anything. If I hold it I can use it like a flashlight. It's great! Probably not the perfect reading light but it's bright enough for ambient light. Charges quickly in the sun, although it kind of makes me nervous to leave the plastic baking in the heat. So I try to charge it in the morning and then put it away. I know some campers leave it on their car dash all the time, I would not. The colors are pretty subtle but fun. There is a somewhat flimsy little strap on the top to hang it. I attach a small carabiner. You can also just blow it up and set it down on any surface. The material is exactly like a pool toy/beach ball. The buttons to turn it on and select the colors are a bit annoying. There is a second button to show the charge level. I almost always hit this button first when trying to turn it on or off. So yeah, kind of annoying. In the scheme of things though it is no big deal. Overtime it seems not to fully charge and one of the “charge indicator lights” never seem to light up. That’s annoying. I hope it lasts. I wish the battery part could be replaced id hate to toss this in a landfill. I think this thing is a great addition to an emergency kit or camping kit.

Great little lantern!
I love this lantern. It packs down small and light but works great when blown up. The only way to charge this is solar (I know some solar lanterns also have a usb) but it charges quickly when put in direct sun. I’ve used it a couple of times on a camping trip and I kept it on for a few hours as a nightlight since I was alone in my tent and scared of bears. It Didn’t ever dim or turn off, until I turned it off. Color choices are fun!

Love these!
I bought these as a fun thing for my kids. We have the regular Luci solar lanterns and these were a fun twist. They adore having the different colored lights and I like the softer light they put out when we take a walk around the campground in the evening or for just sitting around and chatting. They still put out enough light to see well but it's not as jarring. As with the normal ones they deflate very flat and charge easily and run forever it seems on a charge. We just make sure to put them out when we arrive at camp and set them in the sun when we get up in the morning just to top them off. Great quality product.

Solar light
I really like this light a lot and I love the changing colors. My only complaint is that I can only recharge it in the sunlight and where I live there’s a lot of trees creating shade so it takes a long time to charge. I wish it had the option to plug into a wall outlet to charge up

can't live without!
I don't know how we managed without Luci lights before! We have 8 of them now, some colored like this one, and some clear for camping. We live on the coast of Maine, and in winter lose power from time to time, and these hold their charge for such a long time, we can pull them out and use them no problem. The light is so bright and FREE! The colored ones are really fun, I prefer the sparkly sided one. We float them in our hot tub at night, really cool. Lastely, we never go on a trip without these. We do a lot of river trips in canoes, and kayaks, and keep these on the deck to charge all day in the sun, then our camp at night is fully well lit to cook, play cards, everything. LOVE!! But also they've come in handy in hotels at night, to get up for the bathroom without disturbing others, and we've used it as a night light too. If fully charged when going to bed, it'll stay lit for 6 hours or more

Disappointed :(
I don't know why this made me so upset, but it did. Been getting the same luci lights for a while. They have broken on me, so I replace them, because I do love them. I opt for the softer tone lights, where the other is stark, bright colors. Well, they decided to add a deep red and green to the soft color one. I don't know why they didn't leave it the way it was. It was perfect the way it was. I thought it was defective, but my replacement was the same. I do love these lights, but just wish they kept it all soft colors.

Poor quality
Worked fine the first few times, but was planning a camping trip this weekend and took the MPowered Luci solar rechargeable light out of the kitchen camping box to charge. The top of the light where the solar panel is was brown with something funky! I don't think it would charge. Kind of like algae or mold perhaps. We left it in the sun for a few days and it seems to have cleared up somewhat. Maybe it was some kind of mold or something in there. It is inflatable and still holds air so I don't think water or something got in there. The picture shows it cleared up,wish I would have taken one when it was all moldy. Seems to be holding a charge but no idea how much it has charged due to the film on the solar panel... Will update after this weekends trip.

Love my Luci Lights!
I have been using Luci Lights for at least 6 years now. They last about 3-4 years if left out in the elements all year. They are great for inside or outside, seem to charge well even in cloudy weather. Nice color options.

We have a few of this brand of light and we have been happy with the performance. We have a couple of clear ones as well that we use when we need bright lighting. The hanging straps are not strong and will break eventually. This light is a nice muted tone with various colour options and works well if sharing a tent with others. You can read with it but it is better as ambient lighting.

Segunda que compró. La primera ha durado 6 años a la intemperie en entorno marino.

Unreliable and switches off and doesn't work after a couple of hours after nightfall.

Impressed by this light - larger than expected as well and lots of colors.

These ones do not have the automatic changing colour setting. A bit disappointed.
