Is this full grain, top grain or is it just genuine?

Genuine leather doesn't mean it's not top grain. Genuine leather just mean it's real leather, it can be full, top, pebble, pull, suede, composite leather and are label as Genuine leather.

Is this belt pure (real) 100% leather? i mean nothing fake, glued together stuff, nylon or whatever?

The on I received was very think fake leather and looked nothing like the pictures.

Why does the inside of the belt look like it is layered or coated from the pics in the reviews?

I can't say why the photos look that way. I can say that the belt I bought is a single strip of leather. One side, the side away from me when I wear it, has a smooth surface. The side facing me has a rougher surface. It is not abrasive, but it is not smooth, either.

The description of the belt says it comes in sizes up to 48'. So the answer is Yes.

High quality, nice color, sturdy

My hubby loves these Timberland belts for every day use. They are sturdy with enough flexibility to allow movement. He is kind of hard on belts and many have ripped at the holes or the buckle just fell apart. The Timberlands have never had this issue. The leather is of the best quality (beware of fake leathers or leather "veneers"). The color choices are great. It takes him years before he needs a new one. This belt looks so nice, especially with jeans. This is the only belt my hub wants now.
