DC Men's Net Lace-Up Shoe

This is one of the most durable, reliable, and comfortable shoes ever made on the face of the earth in my opinion. They are perfect for anyone that has wide or big feet and who like or need padding in the heel, tongue, and ankle. They are all made spot on with size, but tend to get more roomy as time goes on. Another bonus is that they are made in the USA and are high quality materials. I have noticed that they last about a 6 months before they start to show light signs of wear, then last another 6 months before they start to become more worn. I use older ones for work and they are about 2 years old, if you buy a pair of DC shoes you will be hooked and never go back. They are also cheap when bought from Amazon, in a store like PacSun they go for about $55-$60 or even higher, but on Amazon they can be picked up on sale for around $30-$40. Overall these shoes are at the top of my list and will remain there for as long as I can see, but don't just take my word, try them out for yourself.

I've owned a LOT of DC brand shoes and size 14 always fit me great. This pair was so narrow that I had to double check that they didn't send me a size 12 by mistake. They look great, I really like the grey and green graphic, but no way they will fit my feet.

This is my second pair i have owned, I try and buy them when they are on sale. I where a 12-13 mens i get the 13 seems to fit great.The shoe is comfortable but has no real arch support, so if you are going to walk Disney get some Gel insoles. I spray mine with a waterproofing spray as i live in Oregon. I bought this pair as i wore the sole out on my last pair.Note: This last pair seemed just a little smaller that the last, i will see when they have been broke in.

Shoes are comfortable, lots of cushioning on the sides. The leather uppers look and feel nice. The fit is a little bit long, they feel almost 1/2 size too long. I don't notice this while walking, but the extra length at the toes is noticeable while driving.

I ordered a new pair of DC shoes to replace my old ones. Thought it would be easy since I knew my size in DC shoes. I was wrong the new shoes said 10.5 just like my old ones, but were half an inch smaller. I contacted DC regarding this and was told each make of shoe is sized differently. They provide a size guide that is the same for each shoe so that just does not make sense and is extremely frustrating. It also makes ordering online impossible when they size their shoes however they want with no consistency. I've never experienced a company that labels shoes that are a half inch different the same size.

Hesitant at first since I usually purchase wide (E) size 8.5, but went ahead and bought size 9 hoping to compensate for any narrowness. Turns out to be an excellent choice - good comfort for all toes with no cramping, decent arch support (considering I had suffered plantar fasciitis before), and great thick sole cushioning with good air circulation (no stinky socks/feet so far). I have owned them for about 45 days so far, wear them about 3 to 4 times a week to skate about one mile and then road walk about two miles total, and they have held up well with very little sign of wear on the soles. You will quickly get use to (1) the VERY fat padding of the tongue which actually feels quite comfy and adds snugness to provide more foot stability and (2) the somewhat openness of the lacing and how deep towards the front of the shoe it goes (compared to regular tennis/cross training shoes which have narrower lacing and starts a little further up) which turns out to provide more flexibility while skating. Color scheme is nice (bought the black/black/black), not loud since everything is black with only dark grey outlines of side logo and tiny logo up front. Also there is a compact, yet bubble-like look to the shoe, which trendier people may not like but I don't mind. Overall solid shoes so far, will see if things change after longer wear and also in different seasons (great for the current very cold winter).

Very good looking shoe, but looks are deceiving. Uppers are about as flexible as a plaster cast, and walking is like strapping on a couple of 2x4s. Good padding on the tongue and around the ankles, but little to none in the footbed, and no arch support to speak of. It is really a handsome shoe, but basically all show and no go. I returned the shoes and went with Nike.

Everything about this shoe is as expected. Color is as represented in the pictures. Size is as it should be. There is the typical break in period, most notably with the tongue. This is a skate shoe, which typically have thickly padded tongues. It will take a little time for its shape to form to your foot, which may be uncomfortable at first. Try tying them a little looser than normal at first and the discomfort will be lessened. I'm very pleased with these shoes, and have already received many compliments on them.

These shoes are way better than the Walmart brands these have better grip on your skateboard and they are really comfortable as well

can only wear for about 10 minutes because part of the tongue at the base rubs the top of my left foot raw.

DC are my favorite shoes ever. I wear a 10.5 and ordered the same. Length is good, but the shoe is much tighter than usual around the middle.

I've bought six pairs of these shoes over the years. I hope they're never discontinued. I'll buy them for the rest of my life; they last a long time, they look good, and they fit...
