Nice quality and good price
Best price I found for steel silhouettes of this size. Very heavy duty and they seem like they will last forever. The edges are also cut nicely and do not have any jagged edges. Unfortunately these don't have free Prime shipping but the shipping cost was reasonable.

Even better than I expected! For the price the quality is superb!
The media could not be loaded. MAN! Dollar for dollar you CANNOT beat this price anywhere! I soul searched for a set of plates cheaper than these and none doin. No the quality is great! Don’t go spending $60.00 for one plate when you can get 2 of these for the same price. Love the thickness, the weight, and the size. Now all that’s left to do is try em out. They also leave a letter in the packed for those of you that want to read more up on this particular target. Hopefully this helps you guys decide on which one to go with. Have fun shopping!

Works great as handgun targets! Very safe (if used right) and they sound awesome!
I bought these along with 12in.Tall IDPA/ISPC Pistol Targets - 3/8in. Steel Targets - 3pc. Metal Plate Set to test the difference between these more expensive, but hardened steel, targets vs the cheaper mild steel alternatives. Besides these targets having a more appropriate mounting hole drilled in them, there really isn't much difference. They sound slightly different when struck (oddly the thicker, mild steel ones have a more clear ring, weird). These ones don't have paint on them from the factory. Other than that, they both absorb impacts from anything up to 44 Mag the same. Have tested with 22LR, 9mm, .40 S&W, .38 Spl, .357mag, 44mag, and .45 ACP. Nothing has made a dent. We have these set up on our private range at 7 yards, and with the targets angled backward lightly (maybe 10-20 degrees) there are zero ricochets. All jackets and lead go straight down in a fan pattern. Each target has been hit approx. 500-1000 times so far, with no damage. We repaint them every week or so (or once all the old paint has been shot off). We set up some other AR500 knockdown targets directly above these and shooting those knockdowns with the same ammo produces a slight splash-back of lead fragments at the same 7 yards, but without the angled backwards mounting. In conclusion, these are Very safe to use at an extremely close range as long as they are used right (at a backward angle)! I will eventually test out 500 S&W but haven't had the time...or, you know, a 500 S&W to test. Such an expensive hobby!

OUTSTANDING pistol targets!
Really outstanding value! These targets are perfect size for hanging from a shepherd's hook, and practicing moving and shooting drills. They ring LOUD when they are struck, even with 9mm at 25 yards. No trouble at all hearing and seeing your impacts. Makes training that much more fun! I put about 400 rounds of 9mm at various ranges from 8yards out to 25yards over the course of a day, and these things held up with ZERO signs of damage. Some fresh paint, and they will be ready for action next weekend!

One tough plate
1/4 inch steel stopped multiple .22, 9mm, 00 buck and slugs, 223, 7.62 hollow points, fmj, and soft points with only one small chip. Even blew up tanerite next to it for the hell of it and theyre still perfect. 10/10

LOVE THESE! GREAT PRICE! And keep on vaporizing lead!
I use a variety of lead throwers; PCP and Powder burners. What i LOVE about these plates, of which i have eight(just got more!) now, is that i can place shots with even a Flashpup .177PCP at 80yard and STILL hear hits to all four corners, center mass, etc. The RING-feedback, its nice whether i have hanging on chains off trees, hanging on string with a lagbolt/chain piece first few inches. I really cannot think of a bad thing to say about these. I have them even mounted to T-post Spring-loaded 20degree angled targets and STILL a light 7.4gr gives me nighttime feedback from GreenDotting on range. And best yet, the 357, 22lr, .22, .25, .30CAL, they ALL make great audio feedback. There is just something about this thickness and design. I will be ordering more and more of these as time goes and i can afford. I cannot recommend more! I am THRILLED with this product.... and i SMILE EVERY RING...and I don't smile much, until its time to shoot these and many many more gongs around the range!Safe Shootin' , Folks and Keep Well!
