It's only been night one, but I'm already pretty impressed. A few years ago, while I was receiving chiropractic care for my back pain (among other issues), I purchased a cervical pillow for twice the amount of this one. I have been on a year-long search for a similar one as I no longer receive chiropractic care and those pillows are for patients only. I was not having luck, so decided to try other highly rated orthopedic pillows. They were all too high, too soft, or not ideal for side and belly sleepers. I sleep all ways, but most of the pillows are made for back sleeping. I finally came across this one, and decided to try it as it looked most similar to the one I got from the chiropractor clinic. I am so glad I've finally found a pillow that comfortably and firmly supports my neck while being able to sleep in any direction. It keeps my spine aligned while sleeping and does not elevate my head unnaturally. I did not wake up with the usual aches, and my arms did not fall asleep or become sore while I slept. I'm hoping this is truly the one!

After just one night with this pillow I know it will be my forever pillow. Yes, it's firm, but it's very comfortable and it cradles my head and supports my neck so perfectly that I feel this pillow was made just for me! I can sleep on my back or my side and it still supports me better than my expensive memory foam pillow ever did. I had a great night's sleep and my neck feels soooo much better than it has in a long time - after only one night. I was worried when I ordered it because of all the warnings but I'm so glad I did. UPDATE - 1 week later and I am convinced this is the best pillow I have ever had. I can never go back to foam now.

This pillow was recommended by my chiropractor. It has helped me need to go in for adjustments half as much. It helps keep my neck aligned. I frequently wake up not using it as it is intended but the longer I have it, the less that happens. The benefits still occurred even with misuse. It is very supportive for those with tech-neck. Has thick padding to keep its shape. And fits in a standard pillow case no problem (pictured below).

Had truly helped my neck and back pains. It is still a cheaper version of these "types" of pillows but I am honestly so grateful for this pillow cause I was waking up every single morning with migraines and neck aches. Almost every night was waking up at 3am with a soreness that I couldn't help. I even had to see a massage therapist a few times for pains from sleeping wrong. But AFTER changing over pillows, I have not had the same issues. The migraines in the mornings stopped the morning after my first night with the pillow. The neck soreness and back aches and waking up in the middle of the night have stopped too! Only reason it has 4 stars over 5 stars is it's not SUPER easy to side sleep but this pillow has literally helped me feel "normal" again. If you are questioning "do I buy it?" - the answer is yes! Your sleep IS worth the money.
