Packaging non-existent
The system works well and I don't mind being restricted to their soap. The problem I had was with their packaging. There was no padding and result was that the box was completely soaked and the cartridge was empty when i received it. They really need to pack this for "shipping"

Buyer beware, quantity not accurate
The item description clearly stated under "Legal Disclaimer" that this is a quantity of four (4) 800ml refills. IT IS NOT. I ordered two (2) orders, which should have given me eight (8) total refills. I only received two (2). Buyer beware, quantity in description is not accurate!
