Suggested Use: Pour contents of the Sparks Powder Lightener packet into a non-metallic bowl. Add 3 oz. of sparks Creme Developer and mix together until a smooth, cremy consistency is achieved. Apply to desired hair. Let process until the desired tone is acieved. Shampoo and rinse thoroughly. INGREDIENTS Magnesium carbonate, potassium persulfate, sodium stearate, amminium persulfate, sodium metasilicate, cyamopsis tetragonoloba (guar) gum, cocodimonium hydroxypropyl hydrolyzyed keratin, trimethylsiloxylamodimethicone, fragrance, ultramarines (Cl 77007). WARNINGS Lightener powder and developer contain ingredients which may cause skin irritaion. Preliminary tests should be made prior to application. For external use only. In case of contact with eyes, wash them immediately with water. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not apply on eyebrows or eyelashes.Wait 24 hours between applications.
