Suggested Use: Use at the earliest signs of migraine onset for maximum benefit. One dose of GelStat Migraine comes in 2 pre-measured vacuum sealed tubes. At onset of migraine cut/tear tip of tube to break seal. Lift tip of tongue to roof of your mouth & simply squeeze the contents under your tongue. Let sit under the tongue at least 60 seconds then swallow. Wait 5 minutes and repeat with 2nd vacuum sealed tube. In some severe cases if migraine pain persists, you can use another 2-tube pre-measured dose after 30 minutes. Store at 15-30 degrees celcius (59-86 degress F.) Do not store in direct sunlight.
